this is the way it used to be , when you became an American or let me clarify that when you became a US citizen you were expected to give all your royalties to the USA you are no longer Chinese, Italian, East Indian, are Japanese you were an American citizen. That's why we were called the great mixing pot we welcome in all legal immigrants, I'm not saying it was easy on the the folks coming in we although that the Irish and the Italians just to name a few were treated like second-class citizens when they first came here but that didn't stop them from being the best citizens they could be.I Have a friend  about the same age as I am her parents immigrated from Japan many years ago. I assumed that she could speak Japanese as well as English to my surprise she tell me she could not speak a word of Japanese. When she was born her parents taught her only English when she asked why they had never taught her Japanese simple explanation was we're no longer Japanese we are now Americans and we speak American. That's the way it should be but unfortunately in the last decade or so we seem to have lost them because the mixing pot mentality. You see and hear more and more people speaking and acting like the country they immigrated from and unfortunately this has a separating effect on people in general. I truly believe that we need to go back to the old mixing pot days and all become one country and one people

The Southern dilemma

If you kept track of last night's primaries you would notice it was a very close race for the front three separating each candidates in some counties in  Alabama and Mississippi by less than 100 votes in my humble opinion this is what I like to call the southern dilemma these two states are part of what we lovingly call the Bible Belt, this is where the majority of Southern Baptist, Methodist and Presbyterian call home, now don't get me wrong I love the South that's where I was born and raised in till I was 18 and moved to the West Coast.. The dilemma  these folks were facing was and is that the three front-runners in most of their minds are not true Christians, they were faced with a Mormon and two Catholics and in my humble opinion they probably thought to themselves well we had JFK and he was a Catholic and he wasn't too bad so let's pick the enemy we know and not the one we don't. In all honesty I am truly surprised that Ron Paul did not carry these two states his religious views are more in line with the Bible Belt than the other three.

I will begrudgingly give my congratulations to Rick Santorum for his wins I personally still don't believe that he will be nominee but that's just my opinion.

Keystone pipeline why not?

Keystone pipeline why not?the Keystone pipeline project took another hit in the Senate today the Democrats once again put down a Republican move to approve the pipelines construction. What gets me is this this is a shovel ready jobs for many many people all the away from truck drivers to welders to all the little towns that this pipeline would come close to that would feed and house the workers as it was being built. I thought that Obama wanted shovel ready jobs to happen. as

It would seem to me Obama and most Democrats really don't want us to come out of this recession in my humble opinion they are acting more like Keystone cops then they are concerned legislators



I also think that Obama and the Democrats think this recession or depression is some kind of sick joke, I think it's time that we do a a little housecleaning in Washington not only do we need to replace the president with a good strong Republican but we need to take control of both houses as well so we can get our country back on its feet and back to its greatness.

Close only counts

I keep hearing how close Ohio primary was between Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. Here's the deal folks like my daddy used to say close only counts for three things horseshoes, hand grenades and bombs. If it's not one of those three it's a loss, one or 200 it does not matter you win or you lose enough with this crap.

Rick Santorum.possibly could have won if he had his organization in order and working right as one news pundit put it if Santorum can't get his own organization together and getting registered in all the counties of Ohio what makes us think that he can run a country and this is not the only time his organization has let them down he also managed not to get registered in three states which in the long run is going to cost him.I personally feel that Santorum just doesn't have what it takes to be president of these United States if he can't keep his own organization running smooth.

Of citizens and traitors

First off I would like to say that I am not in favor of the US government killing American citizens in foreign countries or at home.but! I am in favor of killing  traitors to our country. The example would be the so-called American Taliban fighter the first thing that should have been done when we found out about this person was that his citizenship should've been stripped and then he should've been put up against the wall and shot. The same thing should've happened to the American who went to Iraq and became a Taliban leader. I think anyone here in the states that goes to a foreign country and tries to take the lives of US military personnel should lose their citizenship and become an open target for military to kill. Now this is not the first time in recent history stuff like this is happened back in the Vietnam War we had the actress Jane Fonda in my opinion committed a treasonous act with the Vietcong, if I had been president during that time Ms. Fonda would've never reentered the United States of America I would've made sure she lost her citizenship in her right to return to this country. To this day I refuse, no matter how  good the movie is to go see it if Ms. Fonda has any part to do with it.

Some of you may agree with me some of you may not but that's the way I feel about things I don't agree with all the wars or conflicts we get into, but I would never turn against my country and home

The Democrats could have ended it today!

The Democrats could have ended it today with a simple vote but once again they chose to keep battling religion and religious rights. What did they do they voted down the Blunt amendment 51 to 48  . The blunt amendment would have let businesses and or religious organizations opt out of parts of Obamacare especially those dealing with birth control. One Republican did vote along side of the Democrats that would be retiring Sen. Olympia Snowe(she was one of the biggest rinos in the Republican Party).

This is just an example of the ongoing fight the Democrats are bringing to religions of all kinds I would like to extend my hand to any and all people of religion to stand with me and my fellow Republicans in fighting for our religious freedom.

Rick the rino

What do these two pictures have in common, the answer being there both rhinos! Rick the rino, what Rick the rino pulled yesterday and is still going on today should let any and all conservative Republicans know his true nature. Making robo calls to unions and Democratic members is a new low in Republican politics. The excuse I'm just trying to pick up Reagan Democrats is pure bull crap. I don't recall once during Reagan's primary that he made Robo calls to any Democrats or unions to help him win the nomination. I think what Rick the rino did is lower than whale crap and we all know where whale crap is it's at the bottom of the sea.

You all know that I'm not a fan of Newt Gingrich he was at the bottom of my list to win the primary but after this crap Rick the rhino has replaced him.

Rick the rino may win Michigan with his pleas to the Democratic Party but! It will be a dirty win and I hope my fellow conservatives will remember this come super Tuesday and put Rick the rino in this place and that's out of this primary run. If I wanted another Obama in office for the next four years I would vote for him, voting for Rick the rino is a vote for the same old politics in Washington we had the last four years.

Is it time for the Christian crusaders return

Is it time for the Christian crusader to return, in the last week or so in Afghanistan people have been protesting and inciting riots and killing people American people over an incident of some soldiers burning copies of the Koran that prisoners had Wrote messages to inside of. This is not the first time radical Muslims have used an excuse like this to cause problems. I personally have nothing against any holy book but can you imagine the outrage the world community would do if a Christian nation did this to Muslims burning the holy Bible, there would be all kinds of protest of how bad Christians were. So I'm asked myself is the time for the Crusaders to come back.

Do we need the Pope and other Christian leaders and non-Christians to come together and once more repeat history and send Crusaders to the Middle East to start a holy war. I believe that's exactly what some leaders in the Muslim world would like to see I truly believe that: the Ayatollah or ayatollahs in Iran and Afghanistan and a few other Middle East countries are pushing for a war of this type. In my own humble opinion I'm not sure that we shouldn't give it to them once and for all and stop bending over and kissing their butts. Would this lead to World War III possibly then again maybe not a lot of people in that area and surrounding areas I think are getting just as tired of Iran and Afghanistan  crap , so  they may not join in to help Iran and Afghanistan and other rogue nations.

I'll really hope we don't have to repeat history in the Middle East, but if we do God have mercy on us all

Food stamps and drug testing

Food stamps and drug testing this is starting to show up in political discussions again, just the other day candidate Mitt Romney said that he was very much for drug testing to be able to qualify for food stamps. I must say I wholeheartedly support this ideal. I believe that there've always been abuses of this program. Don't get me wrong I'm not cold- hearted about people getting food stamps, at one time in my life my family had to apply for them and yes it got us out of a hard spot. But back to the subject I see no problem with asking people to take a drug test when they first sign up for food stamps or social welfare and to have a random test every 3 to 6 months afterwards. I know some of you will disagree with this and say it's invasion of privacy but if you look at it this way people are signing up on welfare and food stamps are spending your and my tax dollars and that is why I believe we have the right to ask them to do a drug test.

Some people are going to say it's a credit card how can they use it to buy drugs. Well the simplest way is this you go to the drug dealer and you ask this I have a food stamps card that's worth let's say 500 bucks what food products do you need that I can get for you with this card in trade for the drugs I want. See my point it is a barter system. So instead of buying food for themselves or their children they are getting their drugs and abusing the system and we the taxpayer. Stuff like this has been going on since the inception of this program going back to my own life when my family was on food stamps for a short time my mother was approached more than once to trade her food stamps for cash.

I also believe that most honest folks who need food stamps for a hard spot in life would not care one way or the other about taking a drug test to get them. Remember originally welfare and food stamps were not meant to be a lifestyle but just something to help people over a rough spot in their lives.

When he's right he's right

First off let me make it perfectly clear I am not a fan of Newt Gingrich's, but I will be more than happy to give him credit where credits due. I totally agree with him on this point the apologies to the Afghan people over the burning of several Koreans has gotten totally out of control, one and I mean one apology should have been enough. But as usual president Obama couldn't kiss the Muslims asses enough over there. In general I don't have a problem with Muslims I worked with one or two in my lifetime  the ones that I've met here in the states seem pretty okay.   Muslims living in the Middle East are different beast altogether most if not all are of the radical type in the Middle East you don't see any of their leaders apologizing for the killing of Christians the destroying of churches or temples or the burning of Bibles so in my opinion and I think most the US in general will agree with me the Middle East can kiss my red white and blue butt before I would give another apology.   I think it's time for us to remind the Middle East in general who the big dog is in the world, the first thing I would do to Afghanistan to start pulling the financial help that we send them, their president would not be such a peacock with empty pockets. I bet that would bring him back in line very quickly. I know I know a lot of you would say well ill just get his money from someone else my response would be go it ! It would save us a lot of money in the long run. On Iran I think we've done more than enough talking with the folks it's time for action and no im not talking about a conventional war with troops on the ground.Politicians keep saying that their nuclear facilities are buried too deep in the mountains for us to to do a successful airstrike. Well with traditional bombs and missiles are correct, but first of all that would be the wrong approach. If the facilities built in a mountain that means there's at most two ways in my idea would be dropped two small tactical nukes in the front door which would make it impossible for them to get in or out of their facility. I can hear you now this would start a world war, well what do you think is going to start if they get nukes and drop one near Israel same thing just different trigger.

In my humble opinion the Muslims of the Middle East are itching for a fight. Right now I think the Middle East sees us as weak and and who could blame them with the apologizing in chief president that we have now.Mark my words war is coming to the Middle East and the rest of the world will be this year or next we'll just have to wait and see.

what happened to the old, Democrats

I am a history and political fanatic that some of you may know. So was doing some research today about politics of course and ran across some stuff I had totally forgot about. Did you know at one time the Democratic Party was much closer to the Republican mindset that it is now.in 1918 the Overman committee was chaired by Democrat Sen.: Overland the committee was looking for pro-German in America.Democrats even held the majority of seats in the committee of un-American activities, they were a big part of the1940s and 50s Hollywood blacklisting of certain actors and writers who were suspected of communist ties.but here's the sad part somewhere in the late 50s and beyond the Democratic Party lost its way. Now this new Democratic Party seems to me to be embracing what it's founders fought for so long socialism and communism maybe in the future we will see the Democratic Party return to its roots one can only hope

Israel and Obama

In the past  weeks if you paid any attention to TV at all and the news broadcast you've noticed a growing divide between the Obama administration and state of Israel. The Obama administration seems to be pushing for Israel to back away from Iran and its nuclear program. Just today Israel has came out and publicly accused the Obama administration of this. I myself think Israel should've done this a lot sooner . Israel and the United States have had a long and good relationship up to this point I don't blame them for being pissed at the Obama administration.

I think we the people of the United States should stand with Israel and remind this administration and future administrations that we do. I myself will be sending e-mails out to my representatives in Washington as well as the state of California and I encourage everyone to do the same.

I'm beginning to think that one of two things about the Obama administration one is that they are so arrogant that they don't think the people of the US are the people of Israel will turn against them. Which if you think about this it's really funny first Obama administration upsets the Catholic vote and a lot of the Christian vote with the birth control issue, now it seems that they are trying to lose the Jewish vote as well.

I honestly believe that this is just me folks my own opinion I truly believe that Obama and his administration knows hes going to lose this coming election and are trying to push us in to World War III I could be wrong and I hope I am

The New Odd Couple

The new odd couple in town, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney no real surprise neither one has been overly aggressive to the other so far in this contest. Both Ron Paul and Mitt Romney seem to be more interested in taking out their competition then hurting each other. Rumor has it that even their wives seemed to be  friends are at least very friendly to each other. What is unusual and kind of caught me off guard was that this weekend on CNN State of the Union Ron Paul admitted that he liked Romney's management style, I think this is the first time I've heard a competitor in the race for the presidency  give another contender a true compliment. Mr. Paul did go on to say though that he thought in general that Mr. Romney was part of the status quo. I may not agree with them on that part but I do appreciate his honesty.   

Happy Presidents Day or maybe not

Well happy Presidents' Day 2000 and then again it may not be that happy when you pull into a gas station to fill up your vehicle. The Associated Press is reporting that gas is at an all-time high for this time of year.the current price for gas in most areas is $3.25 a gallon and increase of $.25 from last year. But if you're living in  California whether you're on the south end or the far north end as I am the average gas price as of right now is hovering around $4.50 a gallon.the reason crude oil is running around $119-$125 a barrel,according to the Oil Price Information Service in most of the country in the month of April gas is going to peak at about $4.25 a gallon which means here California we will be seeing gas prices at about $5.25 a gallon to $5.75 a gallon.

Who should we blame for this Congress, the House , the Senate or the very weak president that we have In office now. I'm going with the weak president who had no leadership experience, no business experience and very little political experience and the biggest reason he's in office his people wanted to make history and let me tell you they have. This is by far the biggest and ugliest mess the good old USA has been in the last time that even came close to this was when we had the peanut farmer Jimmy Carter in office.so Mr. Pres. Obama I would like to wish you and yours a happy presidents day not!

Are we headed to a Brokered convention!

Are we headed to a Brokered convention!and who will it benefit? well my opinion the three people who would benefit the most out of a brokered convention would be Gingrich, Ron Paul and Pres. Obama. Why these three you may ask, first of all I think this has been Gingrich's plan all along I think that he knew in a regular race that there was no way he could pull enough delegates to get the nomination so is best that was to try to get a brokered convention why because he knows how to play the political game to its best you don't get to be speaker of the house without knowing how to play the dirty and backroom politics game and this is his forte.

Ron Paul is a different case in point, yes Ron Paul has been in Washington and in politics for a long time and knows how to play the game. But I don't think that's what Ron Paul is doing; I think for Ron Paul a brokered convention might help him secure the nomination. Why you may ask? Well this is where all the loyal Ron Paul followers come into play what most people do not realize is that the Ron Paul supporters stay after every caucus in each state and try to get elected to the national one, can you see where I'm going here if it goes to a brokered convention Ron Paul may have the most delegates.

Pres. Obama a brokered convention is a standing presidents wet dream come true. Why well he's had all these months to raise money put out his ideals while his opposition has been infighting concentrating more on their opponents then on him. Here is a perfect example in the last few weeks while his opponents have been beating up on each other Mr. Obama's presidential ratings have been going slowly up not that he's any better than he was six months ago it's just no one is hammering him and he's getting his ideals out good bad or ugly it's what's happening.

Now this is my own opinion you agree with me or not I don't really care this is my blog so I can say what I want to say. I personally believe that after super Tuesday we need to start coalescing around the winning candidate no matter which one it is. I think that a brokered convention for the Republican party and the conservatives of many stripes within it is a bad idea I think that if it comes to a brokered convention that we might as well hand over the presidency to Mr. Obama for another four years. Most people will see a brokered convention and the nominee that comes out of it as just a big old backroom deal and in all reality that's exactly what it is.

Is Santorum organization up to the task!

Is Santorum organization up to the task! I am beginning to wonder if his organization is ready for him to be a front runner or not. It seems Mr.Santorum Missed the filing for the D.C ballot according to politico.com and  Santorum also does not have any confirmed delegates for the March 6 primaries in Tennessee.I'm positively certain that if  Santorum doesn't get his organization together there's no way  Santorum going to get the nomination. I'm thinking the three state sweep he just got caught Santorum and his team offguard as it did the rest of the nation.

Mr.Santorum as I've said in another post as of right now you are not my candidate of choice and making amateur mistakes like this may cost you even more.Mr.Santorum you either need to have a good talking to your people about this and maybe fire one or two of them if you have any chance of getting the nomination just my two cents worth.                                                                             

Congratulations to Rick

Congratulations to Rick, you did a hell of a job unlike some of my other bloggers I'll try not to say to unkind  things about you.it was a hell of upset that you pulled off a three state sweep. Now after this win a small piece of advice be ready to be under the microscope for the next three weeks or so until the next primary, also be ready for the attacks that will come out of the Romney, Gingrich and Ron Paul camps cause my friend they are coming  I will tell the truth I am not a fan of yours to be perfectly honest I do hope you  don't get the nomination, but if you do I will support you. Better you then Obama for the next four years

Why should he attack!!

I've noticed this afternoon and in the evening news broadcast that people are starting to complain that Mr. Romney has set his sights on Mr.Santorum in the upcoming primaries. My question would be why not by the latest polls Mr. Santorum is leading in one and running second in the other two, and Newt Gingrich is not even in one so it makes perfect sense for Mr. Romney to attack him. Why people have their panties in a wad is beyond me, any candidate with any sense would and will attack any other candidate that may be a threat to their position. Mr. Santorum seems to be a fairly good candidate but I don't know what it is about him and I mean this with no disrespect but in a lot of ways he reminds me of a cartoon character Charlie Brown(maybe it's the sweater vests) and if he gets the nomination I'm afraid Mr. Obama will be his Lucy holding the football and we all know how that turns out. But as I said before I will support almost any candidate that gets the nomination to get Obama out of the White House.

it's all about money

First off I want everyone to know this is my opinion. In the last couple of months of watching and listening to the primaries and the debates between various candidates. I have come to a conclusion people especially the candidates need to stop complaining or comparing who has the most money , are bitching about attack ads. Politics in general is a fight in the mud with pigs. The primaries leading up to the nomination of a candidate are meant to be down and dirty. This is what separates the weak from the strong. Certain candidates not to name any keep saying well I lost because he had more money are better organization are his attack ads were unfair, grow up people if you think it's bad what the Republican candidates are doing to each other now! Wait until the nominee faces Obama and the Democratic election machine. As of right now Obama has almost 5 times the money of any Republican candidate and if you think for a minute that they won't pull out any and all stops then you my friend are a fool.

What I'm trying to get across folks is no matter who you support be a Romney, Gingrich, Ron Paul or who ever it's going to get nasty before it gets better so please write your candidate are talk to your candidate tell them to quit whining and get on with the business of trying to win the nomination are dropped out.

sour grapes Newt

Watching the news broadcast on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox I heard that now that Newt Gingrich has lost Florida which is a winner take all state he is trying to get the RNC to change the rules so he can get some delegates out of Florida. Sounds like Newt is having a bad case of sour grapes, I would be willing to bet anyone that if he had won and Romney or Ron Paul or any other candidate had done this he would be the first to say enforced the rules that's the way it is. But poor little Newt didn't win and now he wants to change the rules, sounds a whole lot like Obama to me a thin-skinned little man if he so confident that he can beat any other candidate down the road why is he so desperate for a few delegates. This just leads me to believe that Newt is not the one to beat Obama. I don't like the poor little me scenario from anyone especially someone running for the highest office in the land. This is just another reason why I will do what it takes to make sure Newt Gingrich is not the candidate to run against Obama.

Newt got neutered

Newt Gingrich  went into Florida acting like a big junkyard dog. But with Romney's double-digit win over Mr. Gingrich he came out of Florida more like a neutered poodle, if you watched his speech after his loss in Florida then you would have noticed that he could barely keep himself under control. If you look at his face he had rosy red cheeks and a red nose either he was very angry are had a shot or two of good Irish whiskey on his way to give the speech or possibly both. The biggest group in Florida that voted against Mr. Gingrich were women, Republican men may have forgiven Mr. Gingrich for his past indiscretions on his former wives but in my opinion our good strong Republican and independent women have not! what's the old saying a woman scorned, I think Mr. Gingrich will be battling this throughout his campaign.

Now as the candidates move onto the next state which is Nevada Romney and Ron Paul both have considerable advantages over Mr. Gingrich in Nevada it's all about organization, both Romney and Ron Paul have very good organizations already in place in my humble opinion I do believe that in Nevada we may see Mr. Gingrich takes less delegates then either Mr. Romney are Mr. Ron Paul but we'll just have to wait and see.

Don't Count your eggs before they hatch

Most people in the know believe that Mitt Romney will win the Florida primary by double-digit, don't get me wrong I'm hoping he does. But primaries can be fickle one day you're up the next they are down as we seem in the last primary. I myself hope that Romney and Santorum finished in first and second place it would do my heart good for Newt to finish third or even fourth behind Ron Paul. I will be watching the vote count as it comes in with bated breath hoping that all the political pundits are right. What I don't want to see is Newt Gingrich with  in one or two points of Mitt Romney, I don't want Mr. Gingrich to have to have a statistical tie I want a clear win for Romney.

a desperate man

A desperate man, that is what Gingrich is starting to look like at the end of his latest attack ad on Mitt Romney he points out that Mr. Romney speaks French !! Oh my God he speaks French!! What a sin for a presidential candidate to speak more than one language. Is this the best he's got I mean seriously I think that Newt may not know this but Mitt Romney went to France on his LDS mission in the 60s like most missionaries even today you are expected to speak whatever language the natives speak on your mission. To top this off Mr. Gingrich did his own dissertation -Belgian Education Policy in the Congo 1945-1960 which contains over 100 French language sources this is like the pot calling the kettle black.
   in my humble opinion I truly believe that Mr. Gingrich is totally out of control also by the ways Mr. Gingrich is talking and acting I'm not sure that he or remembers which party he's in ! It or Mr. Gingrich has come to the conclusion that if he can't get the Republican nomination for president then no one can. In my humble opinion I truly believe that he is trying to sabotage the Republican candidates and I think the sooner that we get him to drop out of the race the better off all candidates will be. I said in the past that I would support any candidate that got the Republican nomination unfortunately with Mr. Gingrich's attitude I'm beginning to have doubts about that, if he should happen to get the nomination I would help anyone start a writing campaign to get any of the other candidates elected over Mr. Gingrich.

Romney and Bain Capital

Romney and Bain Capital , by now I'm sure most of you have seen the new attack ad put out by Gingrich's super pack trying to explain that Romney is just a corporate raider. What it doesn't tell you is that Bain Capital under Romney saved more jobs then  not. Personally I'm glad that Romney was CEO for them, you may wonder why and why it would help him as president. This is the reason investment capital companies go into failing businesses and try to save them. How you may ask well first thing they do in most cases is get  rid upper management, then they take a look at the company as a whole figure out where the most waste and unnecessary fat is and start cutting. Right now if you look at our federal government it is one of the largest failing companies around our CEO Pres. Obama has run our country into the ground much like the businesses Romney tried to save. We need someone like Romney who knows how to cut the fat and the waste in our federal government. If you don't think this is not going to cost jobs and put some people on unemployment then your fool.

 Now on to Gingrich people stop kidding yourself there is no way on God's green earth that he can beat Obama. Gingrich has way too much baggage in his past political and personal life to win. The example would be out of his personal life that he had not one affair but two and Obama's people would ask this question can you really trust a man who's had two affairs. On the political side he's the only speaker of the house who's been brought up on charges and admitted to them and he doesn't think that's fodder for the Obama machine, the Obama machine will swallow Gingrich whole and spit him out in pieces.

Congratulations to Mitt Romney and Ron Paul

Like to give my congratulations to both Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. It was a fun and exciting primary tonight both of these men put on a very good show, in my opinion either one would make a much better president than the one that now occupies the office.
  On another note I truly believe that Rick. Perry should sincerely consider leaving the race and going back to his governorship in Texas. I also believe that Newt Gingrich negative talk about other Republican candidates did him more harm than good.as of right now with 72% of the primary votes in Romney has gotten four times as many votes as Newt and Ron Paul twice as many votes, I also believe that the upcoming political ads that he or his super pack will be running in South Carolina will also do him more harm than good but that's just this good old boys opinion. I look forward to the next primary event to see who comes out on top. Once again congratulations to Mitt Romney and Ron Paul.

Hell of a race last night

last nights race in Iowa, was down to the wire and I would like to offer my congratulations to the top four finishers in my humble opinion I think that the candidate that we Republicans will settle on is one of the top three the. Sorry Newt I personally believe that you carry way too much baggage from the past to be elected president.  I am sorry to see Ms. Bachmann leave the race but! I believe it was the right choice for her maybe next time, Rick Perry I think needs to bow out as gracefully as Ms. Bachmann did, I don't believe that he has a chance I believe that he's just wasting money. Once more congratulations to the winners I hope the rest of the race to the top is just as exciting as it was last night.

billion dollars with the B

I'm sure that you've all been hearing about a financial company losing or misplacing $1 billion now I have never seen billion dollars in one place, but I have seen in my younger years what $10 million looks like. I worked in a casino in Reno Nevada when I was younger man. I was in the counting room one day and asked the guy that worked there how much money was on the shelves to give you an ideal of what I was seeing the shelves were 6 feet tall had for metal shelves and money was in stacks of 10 in the shelves were all full  this room was 8 x 10. So can you just imagine how much  room $1 billion would take up to give you maybe a better ideal how much money this is it's the total Gross domestic product of Mexico. The guys name who runs this company is named Corzine swears he has no ideal where this billion dollars went to. You know I can see someone misplacing $100 or maybe even more, but $1 billion is a little much ! Don't you think. I will bet you right now that the man sees no prison time at all for this missing money. Corzine will blame it on some flunky and walk away clean.

Of Kennedy and Cain

After watching TV for the past couple weeks, listening and watching how bad the press has treated presidential candidate Cain and his so-called sexual-harassment against various women and his supposedly a fair with another. It takes me back to the Kennedy years, JFK was probably the most womanizing president that we ever had history tells us he had at least four affairs while in the White House and a few more when he was running for president. But back then you didn't hear a word about it in the press our on TV. In more recent times President Clinton had his little fling with Ms. Lewinsky. It was on the news for less than three weeks and didn't seem to matter to most. So my question is why I was it so very important that we are should I say the 24-hour news cycle brings this up on Mr.Cain. Not that I'm a big fan of the man, but it does seem a little unfair in my opinion.

Over the last few weeks the occupy Wall Street group has been getting worse and worse publicity what started out as a protest that made so much sense in the fact that some of the people in the group didn't like some of the bonuses and golden parachute deals some of the CEOs of companies are getting no matter if the company succeeded or failed.I could agree with them on this. But like all protest if you're not careful fringe elements will move in and corrupt the good ideals that group start with, this in my opinion is what is happening with OWS.when you have groups like the Black Panthers, Communist Party USA, Lewis Farrakhan nation of Islam and the KKK all supporting and trying to get a piece of the publicity then my friend is where you start to lose control, these fringe elements are not out for the greater good but for themselves. My advise to the folks who originally started the OWS need to rid themselves of this cancer or we are going to see more violence and more destruction of private property like happened at the port of Oakland. Now there are a lot of people in the OWS that are saying that they had nothing to do with the destructive behavior of some people at the port After Dark. But they need to wake up if they were with the protesters at the beginning during the daylight hours then they can be counted as part of the group After Dark as well. In my humble opinion I believe that the mayor of Oakland is to blame for greater part of this, why you might ask he gave his full support to the protesters which included the Vandals that destroy property built bonfires and deface property and he should be held accountable by the voters this coming election. I also in my humble opinion believe that the time is come to take the kid gloves off , peaceful protest is one thing but when it turns to destroying property and causing businesses to lose money which hurts the community in general it's time for the police and if necessary the National Guard breakout rubber bullets and batons. No it will not be pretty and I'm sure that the liberal press will make a great show of how bad these poor innocent people are being treated but I think most Americans have the same opinion as I do enough is enough is time for this to end.

Jesse Jackson Junior is the new face of what's wrong with politics in the good old USA. Mr. Jackson's answer to the job shortage seems to be pulled right out of the socialist handbook, it's not make more jobs it's have the government hire everyone. Mr. Jackson or should I say Mr. jackass needs to read some history of socialism, communism and dictatorships they have never worked and never will. you can't blame Mr. Jackson for a lot of his views in his case he didn't fall far from the tree, his father Jesse Jackson talks the same rhetoric all-the time. Why try to follow Constitution when in their opinion if a problem arises just toss it out the door and let government handle it. That in my opinion is what most of if not all of the Democratic party bigwigs believe. That in my opinion is what's basically wrong with our country today with any luck next year we can kick most of these fools out of office God willing.some out there are going to say that I'm racist because he's black, I'm not racist I just don't like self-righteous people trying to tell me that the government can fix everything I really don't care what color your skin is if your dumb ass your dumb ass like one famous comedian said he can't cure stupidity.

is Romney the one? He may be, in my humble opinion at last night's debate he seemed the most comfortable with what he was saying. Also it's rumored that New Hampshire's primary may be in this calendar year as early as December. If this is the case there is not going to be enough time for most of the other candidates to catch up with Mitt Romney. Is this a good thing? I don't know. If Romney is the ones that gets the nomination I really don't have a problem with that. We all know that if Obama wins reelection the United States as we know it is totally screwed. I know a lot of mine fellow  conservatives do not care for Romney at all, they think that he is too much in the middle and not a true conservative. This may very well be but! The more I think about it the better it might be to have a moderate conservative in the White House. The reason being that honestly we need someone that can bridge this political divide that we have in Congress. This partisans politics with the current president that we have is tearing this nation apart. We need active debate on both sides of the Isles that's what I believe the founding fathers had in mind. Agree with me or disagree with me we have to try something.

has Obama and the Democratic Party given up on this presidency, in my humble opinion they may have. In this blog entry I will try to show you what I mean.the first one is something I've been waiting for one of the Republican presidential hopefuls to use, that is a quote from Ronald Reagan "are you better off now then you were four years ago"but Obama admitted to all of it. Can any of us and be honest  say were better off now than we were three or even four years ago, I don't think so it just amazes me that Obama admitted it.Then we have Harry Reid the Senate Majority Leader distancing himself from Obama's job plan.Sen. Reid stated he would rework the plan so it would pay for itself, so it seems that not only is Obama fighting the Republicans but his own party as well is the thrill gone.and then we have Barney Frank who turned on the president about the troops being in Iraq beyond this year, then he was hit again by Mike Quigley his strategy for Afghanistan and then House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and majority Senate leader Harry Reid are not happy about the trade deals he just sent to Congress, Nancy Pelosi has stated she will not be twisting any arms to get pasted .I'm beginning to wonder when the Democratic convention starts if Obama won't be challenged for the nomination wouldn't that be a kick. In the pants.in my humble opinion if you've watched the news and read the papers it's plain to see that Obama will matter what his supporters say has given up winning a second term.

Now this is a kick in the pants

now this is a kick in the pants!. Here in California it is now legal for the police to download the contents of your cell phone without a warrant. That's right  no cause for search, if they pull you over just because. The Liberal appellate courts held this up as law no more than a couple days ago, but I will bet you a dollar to a doughnut you heard. Little of this on mainstream media are anywhere else. You also may think the California is the only state doing this but no actually I believe that Michigan was the first.the courts here in California said to have their ruling changed it would have to go to the Supreme Court. What I find funny about this is that the cops can pull me over download all my private information on my cell phone but at the same time they could not asked our check to see if I'm an illegal alien. Am I the only one who could see a problem with this, where are all the privacy groups at why aren't they throwing a fit about this. Where is the media over this isn't just getting swept under the rug. Folks if you live in California are Michigan and the other states that have laws like this on your books you need to make a fuss about this this is just one more step in us losing another freedom.

This is basically what happened on Fox and friends yesterday morning when one of the host kept asking Hank Williams Junior about his political views. Like I said you poke a old bear and he will do one of three things. I think Hank took the third option, I think he bit the head off and crapped on their bodies. If you ask an old boy like Hank Williams a political question he's going give you his honest opinion. You may not like the answer you get but at least you know it's truthful . Some folks are speculating that he was either high on drugs are drunk, in my opinion it doesn't matter I think he gave an honest answer and an honest opinion did he compare Obama with Hitler I don't think so I think it was just his way of showing opposites.

What you may not know

What most people don't realize are seem to anyway is that if you work for a large company and have a 401(k) or something similar then you are involved in the stock market. May come to a surprise for a few of you may not, and with the way the stock market's going you may need to start paying more attention to your 401(k) aor you may find yourself like many did in the Great Depression. That is with no money at all, especially if you work for the federal, local are state governments. The retirement accounts for most of these agencies are also tied to the stock market so if you are already retired you still are not safe.my advise to one and all this to make phone calls to your 401(k) advisors and if you can switch some of your stock options out to the old reliable stocks. It's going to get rough in the next couple of years I believe most say that we're moving into a recession I say therefore not careful we may repeat the 1930s Great Depression.

Some people are just stupid or pretend to be

Let me start this off by saying that I believe in freedom of speech. I believe we all should be heard and have the right to protest the things we don't agree with. I will stand and fight for that right for anyone. I may not like or agree with the things some folks say and do but I do believe they have the right
   Now what I want to talk about, I'm sure you've either heard or read about the days of rage protest on Wall Street. It seems that a few people don't agree with how much money Wall Street makes. So they gather together went to protest which I don't have a problem with. What I do have a problem with are people breaking the law. If you go to a protest like the days of rage keep this in mind if you keep it peaceful and don't cause problems are get out of hand the police in general will leave you alone, you can pretty much be as loud as you want . What you can not do is harass people, block traffic and generally be a pain in the butt. If you challenge officer, spit on him or her start getting rowdy they can and will bring up pepper spray and batons. I'm sure you've all heard how this group of protesters are saying that the police got out of hand with them and beat them and threw them to the ground. What this group is not telling you is that they bought traffic to a stop,  called officers bad names, threatened officers and spit upon them, spitting on a police officer nowadays is considered assault. Once any of your group Spits or assaults an officer in any means that the doors are open for the officers to break up your protest, handcuff you and throw you to the ground to hand cuffs you if necessary.
      Most of the people that you see being arrested in the days of rage protest are professional protesters they know what they're doing. they know how to get on camera. they know how to make the police officers look bad that and mainly they are just looking for attention and money if they can figure out a way to sue the city that they're protesting in. I don't feel sorry for these people at all they know what they're doing they know what going to happen before they get there. A little piece of advice if you're in a protest and you see this kind of behavior happening my best advise is to leave because these people are not here to help you. The best thing you can do is leave and come back again with your group of people you know and protest and speak what you need to say.

Bill Clinton is a true southern boy, most people including Obama had thought that Bill had forgave him "Obama "for knocking his wife Hillary out of the nomination for president but oh no! Like most Southerners bill has a long memory. He may have seemed to have forgiven you but what he's really doing is just waiting for you to give him an opening this past week, Obama has been piling praise on Bill Clinton. Meanwhile Bill has been walking around with a smile as face and a knife behind his back getting ready to stab Obama in the back.This week as he was being interviewed by Newsmax he made his first stab by criticizing Obama's tax plan saying at this time he would not be raising taxes are cutting spending. Bill stated he was a little confused by Obama's approach to the deficit. In a offhanded way I think he was hitting Hillary could have done a much better job as president. When asked if she would run in 2016 Bill just gave one of his sly smiles, still makes me wonder if she Hillary might not give Obama a run for the nomination this year let us hope, if we can get the Democratic vote to split the better chance we have of getting a Republican in the Oval office.

It's amazing what he believes

It's amazing what Obama believes now! I truly believe that Obama thinks he can win the next presidency by talking. I also think the D.N.C is also convinced of this. If you listen to the speeches and the way he presents things you would swear that if you just follow him no matter what and listen to them talk the whole world will be a better place, the US of A will not be the debt crisis will not have unrest, we will not have the highest unemployment that we have ever had. My question is who the hell does this man think he is he's not Gandhi is not Buda and he certainly not Jesus Christ.but if you listen to the way the mainstream media speaks of him you would get the impression that is all of them combined. I will give him this he can deliver speech but he's no JFK not anywhere close and he sure as hell not Martin Luther King but he can be very persuasive. But I think it's going to take more than talking and reading off the Teleprompter to get him elected this time around one should hope anyway. Our country is in desperate trouble at the moment and the mainstream media seems to just think the party should go on my question is to them sooner or later the parties going have to end and that someone, someone is going to have to pick up the bill.that dear friend will be you and I the taxpayer. The only problem is that by that time we will be so heavily taxed that we won't have the money to pull ourselves out an the good old US that we know and love may not be the same one we give our grandchildren.

America likened to a abused woman. Why in the world would I use this analogy, because in my opinion that's exactly the way that Obama has treated the good old US of A.
let me explain like any relationship when we the US of A first met Obama it was all love and kisses, he courted us that all his fancy talk and promises and like a woman in love we wanted to believe it. So we voted him(Obama) and his cronies(most Democrats) in to office expecting great things and all the great promises he made us. But what we got was a totally different thing.in less year the beatings begin. The first hit was the first stimulus package,like most abused women we forgave him or at least try to for this first hit. The next hit came shortly after  with the bill for Obamacare. Both of these hits left us reeding,the next two years we were constantly being beat over the head and told how good we should feel about these beatings. But then a good thing started happening(tea party and others) like the abused woman we started to see the light and started to fight back and fight some more, we were starting to win or it seemed like it(taking back the House).Maybe he was changing, but no! in a third-year he tried it  again with more taxes more bureaucracy. It was called the jobs act. But like any good woman who's had enough of an abusive spouse we started to fight back against him costing Obama and the Democrats two House seats one in Nevada and one in New York. Did Obama give up after this no he went out on the campaign trail pushing this bill and like all abusive spouses that knew the  end is coming he tried this "if you love me you will vote for this" I am writing this in the belief that we as Americans will do the same thing that good woman did and kick that S.0.B out of our White House along with his cronies come election time next year

Tuesday I was watching President  Obama give a speech in North Carolina as he spoke you could hear the crowd starting to get ramped up.it started small with only one or two people cheering as the speech went on and then all of a sudden it seemed like the entire group was cheering this got me to thinking  Obama team is all ready stated that they will have higher paid staff " a much higher level of paid staff and people on the ground” than in 2008, said Francis De Luca, president of the Civitas Institute, a right-of-center advocacy and polling group."and then it hit me if you can start a wave at a stadium of thousands with just five or ten people what can you do with a group of 300 or more with ten paid political assistance in the crowd.Now I don't think Obama is the only one doing this well let's hope not so next time you go to the rally play this little game see if you can spot the cheerleaders in the crowd

A place for Pawlenty and Jindal

A place for Pawlenty and Jindal and so it begins each one of them giving their voice to the candidate that they think will win the nod for the party.In my humble opinion I believe that Perry may have got the better endorsement for the short term.why you may ask, Jindal I believe is the better governor of the two, he is also the more robust of the two at  public speaking. But I don't believe that he wants to be the vice president. In my opinion I believe that he's perfectly happy being the governor of Louisiana. Not saying that he would not make a good  V.P I just believe that he doesn't want the number two spot and I believe that he's not going to be able spend  much time campaigning for Perry.On the other hand Pawlenty I believe will bring a lot to Romney's campaign, yes he is a wallflower but he did manage to win the governorship of Minnesota yes it was only about 1% but he did win.I think Pawlenty's strength is working behind the scenes and raising lots and lots of cash.Pawlenty is not a working governor at this time, so he can spend all this time campaigning and raising cash for his candidate.Pawlenty in my opinion he been wallflower makes him the perfect candidate for being VP why you may ask take a look at our current VP and you have your answer.Pawlenty does seem to know when to keep his mouth shut and this in itself can be a great asset for president
