Dress Codes in K thru 12
have looked around your school lately? Sun glasses abound ,shorts of varying length, hair and beards, t shirts, flip flops shoes . Bet you
think I'm talking about kids and you would be wrong!
Its teachers! Yes they are dressing like that in class no less.
call me silly but teacher are professional or so they say when I was in school (back in the stone age) teachers had a dress code , men wore slacks ,dress shirts ,dress shoes and ties . Lady's wore dresses or well tailored pants and tops and closed toes shoes. They look the part of professionals
I can not say that about most teahers in our Distirct.there are a small group who dress the part thank god for them.
